Every week, if the standings get updated, I will post my hero for the week. This isn't necessarily the person with the most points, but the person who shows heart and determination. This week's Paul Perry Hero of the Week Award goes to Dave Loveless. Don't let the name fool you, I have lots of love for Dave.
I too will post my hero of the week. 2 pieces of pumpernickel bread with an even combo of mustard and mayo on both pieces. The interior features roast beef left over from Sunday. A dollup of pepper and a plethora of cheese cascades down from the sides covering over the grilled caramalized onions. Of course this hero has been grilled to perfection and served with a side of horseradish to dip it in. My hero.
